Shipping and Handling
We are pleased to be able to offer shipping to the UK, Europe and many more global locations. We aim to ship all orders the same day when the order is received before noon and orders will be dispatched by the end of the next working day when in stock. Orders will usually be received in two to three working days to mainland UK addresses. If goods are not in stock you will be informed of an expected delivery date. Where this is unsuitable you will be offered a substitute or the opportunity to cancel and offered a refund.
Our standard delivery area includes England, Wales and the Scottish Lowlands. Deliveries will usually be sent across the UK via Royal Mail First Class or an alternative next day courier service, depending on the size of the order.
Delivery charges are per order and rates are determined by weight according to the following delivery zones:
Zone A: England, Wales, Scottish Lowlands
Zone B: Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight
Zone C: Channel Islands and Isle of Man
Zone D: Republic of Ireland

With the exception of Zone A shipping rates on orders over 30KG will vary and a shipping quote will need to be confirmed in advance. Rates for deliveries to destinations outside the UK and Ireland are available upon request and should be confirmed before placing an order.
Please note Scottish Highlands and Islands postcodes currently include: AB37-38, AB41-56, FK19-21, IV1-40, IV52-54, IV63, KW1-KW14, PA21-40, PH15-41, PH 49-50. This list is not exhaustive and can be subject to change as carriers adjust their regional surcharges.

We are unable to deliver to multiple addresses. Please place separate orders for each address where this is required and separate delivery charge will be made for each address where applicable.
In the event of our carriers being unable to deliver, a card will usually be left in your letterbox to notify you that we tried to deliver your parcel. It is your responsibility to follow the instructions on the card to schedule a delivery day or collection. All the necessary contact details can be found on the card.
Once delivered, the products ordered will become your property (provided they have been paid for in full) and your responsibility, and except in relation to products that are damaged or faulty when delivered or have been incorrectly delivered. We will not accept any liability for their loss, damage or destruction after they have been delivered.
Any goods found to be faulty can be returned immediately for a full credit. The Bungee Store will cover the delivery costs for the return of faulty items. If you return the product to us without proof of purchase, your statutory rights are not affected. Products that are not faulty may be returned for a full refund minus the cost of postage.
Please note returns will only be accepted up to 28 days after purchase and will not be accepted or processed without a return authorization number. To obtain a return authorization number you must contact The Bungee Store by email: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Returns can take up to 7 working days to be processed once it has arrived at the warehouse.
We strongly recommend that you fully insure your package that you are returning. We suggest the use of a carrier that can provide you with ‘proof of delivery’. The Bungee Store will not be liable for items lost or damaged in transit.
Customers are responsible for the delivery costs of returning goods for replacement/refund that are not faulty.
When an item is to be replaced the goods must be in their original packaging, in all original boxes, packing materials, and documentation provided by the manufacturer.
