Use for creating loops to the ends of 8-10mm cords to attach to posts etc.
Also ideal for making custom length luggage elastics with a hook at each end.
Simply fold the cord back once it has passed through the hook and crimp in place.
Can be easily fitted with a pair of alligator pliers as shown.
